Saltbush is seeking a First Nations Trainee Mentor in Tennant Creek to deliver the SEE Program. You will mentor participants with strengths-based approaches and work with experienced staff to support education and employment pathways.

Role duties include mentoring, workshops, records management and completing the accredited mentoring qualification. This fixed-term role offers competitive remuneration and generous leave entitlements in a remote NT setting.
