Job Description

Wickham Freight Lines is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator - All rounder to join our team at the WFL Melbourne Terminal, located in Derrimut. This is a permanent, full‑time position with a start time of 8:30am Monday to Friday.

Duties will include:
Load/unload trucks with operation of forklift
Liaise with logistics team in regards to paperwork




Load/unload trucks when required
Ensure loads are properly restrained
Coupling and uncoupling trailers
Trailer movements including reversing trailers onto docks
Washing of trucks and trailers
Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment

Skills and Experience:
You’ll need to be hands on with a "can‑do" attitude
Ability to follow instructions to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
Ability to work within a team setting
Adhere to workplace safety requirements and use PPE correctly at all times
Ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines
Willing to undertake Drug and Alcohol testing
Current HR Drivers Licence will be beneficial (Tug Driving)
Flexibility with working hours including potential weekends as required
