The Role

You will join a fun, hardworking, and energetic housekeeping team who are responsible for ensuring all hotel linen, employee uniforms, and guest items are in good repair. Day to Day - To provide a professional and courteous service at all times.
To count and check that Guest Laundry and Dry Cleaning items correspond with the completed Laundry & Dry Cleaning docket.
To liaise with Laundry Service Provider regarding Laundry and Dry Cleaning procedures.
To efficiently use washing machines and dryers to launder guest items and staff uniforms.
To perform handwashing of delicate or specialty items when necessary, ensuring careful handling and proper cleaning.
To allocate uniforms to current employees and inspect all uniforms to ensure they are maintained in valuable repair.




To inspect all uniforms to ensure they are in good order and are maintained in good repair, ensuring hems, zippers, buttons and any other repairs are attended to.

Qualifications - A good understanding of English so that you can communicate with each other and our guests.
No issues with bending, lifting, and walking for long periods.
Be flexible enough to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
