Are you a skilled TIG Welder looking for a stable role with a robust pipeline of work and a supportive team environment?

We are currently seeking experienced Welders / Fabricators to join a well-established and growing business based in Melbourne’s South East, specialising in high-quality steel and stainless-steel security fencing solutions for commercial and industrial projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety in their day, and wants long-term stability with overtime opportunities available.

What You’ll Be Doing
TIG welding across stainless steel and mild steel products
Approximately 60% TIG welding / 40% general fabrication and other welding processes
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
Fabricating and assembling security fencing components and structures
Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Maintaining high-quality weld standards and attention to detail




Working collaboratively within a fast-paced production setting

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in TIG welding and fabrication
Strong experience working with steel and stainless steel
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Experience within fencing, architectural metalwork, structural steel, or similar industries highly regarded
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude
Solid attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
