Warehouse Team Leader

Derrimut VIC | Permanent Prospect Our client is a nationally recognised logistics and warehousing company currently seeking an experienced Inbound Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing operation in Derrimut.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can lead from the front, manage daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team within a fast-paced environment.

Shift Times

Rotating shifts across:
6:00am – 2:00pm
8:00am – 4:00pm

Flexibility to work overtime when required will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead warehouse staff across daily inbound operations
Coordinate workflow to meet operational deadlines and KPIs
Ensure secure loading, unloading and stock handling practices
Support team performance, productivity and workplace culture
Assist with onboarding and training of warehouse staff
Communicate effectively with management and operations teams
Maintain strong workplace health & safety standards





About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
2–5 years’ experience as a Team Leader or Leading Hand within warehousing/logistics
Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
LO Licence highly regarded but not essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Reliable attitude with flexibility to work overtime when required
