Location & Contract Onsite – Canberra Initial 12‑month contract, with two 12‑month extension options Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold a current TSPV/TSPA clearance.

and performance tuning across the Atlassian suite - Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and manage Jira‑as‑a‑Service delivery in a secure enterprise environment - Configure Jira and JSM to support Enterprise Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management workflows - Support legacy platform migration, technical documentation, scripting, and transition to operational support Key Criteria - Minimum 5 years’ experience in system administration, ideally with Jira Service Management Data Centre or similar service‑management platforms - Strong understanding of Enterprise Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management principles, including workflow and object schema design - Demonstrated experience delivering platform upgrades, patching, migrations, and operational support - Experience with Python or PowerShell scripting, Docker or Kubernetes, and up-to-date DevOps or CI/CD practices
