About the role
Simco Catering Equipment is looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant with the following skills for the profile mentioned.
Job Type: Full-time, Working from Office
Job Location: Blacktown, Sydney.
Skills and Qualifications:
Should have valid forklift license
3+ yrs’ experience in forklift Operation
Computer literate and computer system operation
Excellent communication skills
Can lift heavy objects up to 70KG (by two person)
Personality:
Strong work ethics
Self-motivated to achieve targets and goals
Confident, fun, energetic, and positive
Will like working in a small, tight-knit team
Job Profile +Unloading containers and allocating goods in the warehouse
+Receiving and inspecting incoming and outgoing goods.
+Reviewing goods received against invoices for discrepancies.
+Unpackaging goods and storing contents
+Loading and unloading deliveries goods from the delivery trucks
+Following Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) procedure
+Operating forklifts for movement of stock including lifting, placing and removing stock in high places
+Operating manual and electronic order–picking tools and machines.
+Labelling incoming and outgoing goods.
+Weighing, measuring and packing goods and containers.
+Assisting with stocktakes.
+Operating inventory system, and tools to locate items
