The Role
As our next Remedial Massage Therapist, you'll:
Conduct thorough client assessments and discuss health history and goals
Develop tailored treatment plans in line with our holistic philosophy
Deliver remedial and therapeutic manual therapy using a range of techniques
Provide movement-based and self-care advice for lasting results
Keep accurate clinical notes and manage your appointment schedule
Help create a calm, professional, welcoming clinic workplace
Take part in ongoing training, mentorship and team collaboration
What You'll Bring
Strong therapeutic skills in remedial and body massage, with the ability to adapt treatment to each client
A Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy (or near completion)
Excellent customer service, empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with a diverse client base
Current association membership and eligibility for all private health providers
Current First Aid/CPR certification, and a commitment to safe, ethical, evidence-informed practice
Enthusiasm for ongoing career development, training, and mentorship
Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends and a genuinely collaborative mindset
Dry needling and cupping is preferred
