We are a well established FMCG business in impulse snacking and beverages and are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Rep, Retail Manager or entry level candidates looking to step into the FMCG space.

Do you have what it takes?

As a territory manager you will bring the following:
FMCG experience within a multi channel setting, (grocery experience highly advantageous)
A business development mindset by growing both existing and new customer opportunities
Ability to build solid working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
High learning agility and being able to think quick on your feet
Excellent time management with a keen eye for detail




An organised approach to planning in advance
An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure
You will be IT confident and have experience in using CRM platforms
A valid Australian drivers’ licence

Other key responsibilities include:
Delivering on channel priorities
Meeting sales and margin targets
Coverage of customers with the required frequency
Negotiating and selling, on shelf positioning and new product ranging
Activating merchandising activities
Activating promotional plans with customers
Ensure compliance of all WHS procedures
