We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Counter Salesperson to join our company, based out of our Bassendean branch, and are always looking for driven and conscientious people to join our ranks. There may be career progression opportunities once experienced!

Responsibilities
Greeting customers and taking orders
Managing customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer the best solution based on specifications, costs, and availability
Assisting customers with product selection
Resolving customer issues
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Handling returns and exchanges
Collaborating with warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes
Ensuring counter/customer service area is stocked, organised, neat and tidy
