We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

Job Description

As our AAA team continues to grow, we’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to support participants across the Illawarra region , covering North and South Wollongong, depending on where you’re based.

Responsibilities
Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:
Current Occupational Therapy membership with AHPRA
Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability
Thrives in a collaborative,



multidisciplinary team environment
Time management & organisational skills to manage wide-ranging caseload
