Autoparts Central (APC) is a proud local family owned company. We are well known in The Central West as the market leader in the supply of automotive new aftermarket components in the automotive industry.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly organised and reliable person to join our team in our well established Lithgow store. With the possibility for immediate start.

Our business services the needs of both automotive trade professionals and the retail sector. We offer a delivery service as well as phone, digital and over the counter sales, operating Monday to Friday 8-5pm.

In this full-time position, your responsibilities will include:
Automotive parts sales to both trade and retail customers
Processing customer requests from quoting through to POS
Receive customer orders through multiple channels
Picking and packing orders
Loading and unloading of freight
Warehouse operations, including inventory control, maintenance and cleaning
Drive a vehicle to complete daily deliveries when required

You will have:
Automotive parts sales experience (or)
Hands on experience in the automotive trade (e.g. automotive technician) (or)




A strong interest/hobby related to cars or the automotive trade
Excellent phone & face to face communication skills
A robust honesty policy
An ability to multitask
A positive attitude
A driver's license - Manual licence is an advantage
An understanding of basic computer software and systems
The ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment
Excellent time-management skills
A passion for the automotive industry
The ability to complete set tasks to a high standard and within an acceptable time period

The person we are seeking must have a robust commitment to quality customer service, a professional attitude, attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills. You must also be willing to work in a strong team focused setting.

Managerial experience will also be highly regarded.

An attractive salary package will be available to the successful applicant and will be negotiable dependent on relevant experience.
