Naughtons Hotel is seeking experienced Waiting Staff who love pubs as much as we do.

Our pub is a community hub where the team and regulars are on a first name basis. We are a professional group who strive to deliver guests a warm and genuine hospitality experience.

The team are passionate about all thing’s food and booze. In the kitchen we bake bread, roll pasta, butcher & age meat, make cheese, and keep bees. Out front we have a focus on local craft beer, wine, and spirits.

Recently listed as one of Melbourne’s top pubs in The Age Valuable Food Guide. We are looking for someone who can embrace our culture and help drive the service standards and business forward.
