We need someone to take ownership of our warehouse - run it properly, keep stock accurate, and make sure product goes out the door on time. If you're an experienced storeperson or warehouse supervisor who likes running a tight ship, this is for you. Tactile Systems Australia supplies and installs safety and accessibility products across QLD and NSW. We're in the middle of overhauling our stock systems, and we need someone to help us land it and own it day-to-day.

What you'll own:
Running the warehouse end to end - receiving, dispatch, put-away, and order picking
Stock control: cycle counts, reorder points, keeping our inventory system accurate
Helping us finish building, then owning, our stock management process
Supervising and guiding our warehouse junior
Loading and unloading, forklift operation, keeping the place clean and protected
Coordinating with the install and sales teams so jobs go out complete and on time

What we're after:
Solid warehouse or stores experience - you've run stock before and you know what positive looks like
A current forklift licence




You're organised, you take pride in accuracy, and you don't need chasing
Comfortable with computers - we run our stock in a digital system, so you'll need to keep records up to date
Someone who takes ownership - this is your warehouse to run, not just a job
