AUS Employment is seeking experienced CAT 992K & WA120 Loader Operators for upcoming WA mining works commencing around mid-August 2026.

We are looking for confident loader operators with robust mining experience, particularly across production support, load-out activities and large mobile equipment operations.

About the Role You will be operating CAT 992K & WA1200 loaders across mining production and earthworks activities.

Duties may include
Operating CAT 992K/ WA1200 loaders safely and efficiently
Supporting load-out and production activities
Working around haul trucks and mobile plant
Assisting with topsoil and bulk earthworks tasks where required
Completing pre-start checks and reporting equipment issues
Following site safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Maintaining high standards of machine operation and care

Essential Requirements
Proven experience operating CAT 992K loaders & WA1200
Previous mining or heavy earthmoving experience
Load-out experience highly regarded




Topsoil operations experience highly regarded
Current Australian driver's licence
Ability to pass site medical, drug and alcohol testing
Strong commitment to safety and production standards

About You You are a skilled loader operator who is confident operating large equipment in a mining environment. You work safely, communicate clearly and take pride in maintaining productive site operations.
