The Strategic Talent Advisor will be responsible for undertaking work that is complex in nature, under limited direction, utilising expertise within the area of labour hire talent acquisition and contract management.
Applicants must have an active Baseline AGSVA Clearance.
Location: Canberra (preferred), Melbourne, Sydney, Darwin, Adelaide, Perth, etc.
Contract type: EL2 contract equivalent, ASAP start until 30th June 2027 with 2x 6-month extension option.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Developing, driving and delivering on the labour hire recruitment and retention strategies for the Program, ensuring best practice, consistency and adherence to policies
Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders/labour hire sellers and maintaining labour hire contract management discussions of both a sensitive and non-sensitive nature.
Liaising with internal teams as required such as Cyber Security and Fraud to manage highly sensitive matters of contractual management.
Building relationships with stakeholders to understand the remit of the sections within the Program and supporting the performance management and talent identification strategies of the Program.
Identifying, prioritising and building organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes toward strategic labour hire talent identification and maintenance based on best practice.
Analysing workforce trends to support and advise Program and executives in the appropriate contractual management of labour hire resources.
Identifying and driving the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
Aligning performance management and reward strategies to reinforce an workplace of dedication and innovation with and across business units.
Eligibility
The role is open to qualified candidates with an EL2-equivalent position. Applicants must hold an active Baseline AGSVA Clearance and be able to start ASAP.
