We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual who is hungry for success and thrives on challenges to join our sales team as a Relationship Manager – B2B based at our City Office in Sydney, NSW. If you have experience as an Account Manager or seek a new opportunity to develop new and existing business, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Identify and target recent business opportunities across B2B markets including Corporate, Logistics, Mining, Leasing, and Insurance.
Work closely with the sales management team to formulate sales strategies, set achievable targets and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our car rental services, vehicle fleet and pricing structure to effectively communicate value propositions.
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, prepare contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance metrics via SFA CRM tool.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Operations,



Marketing and Revenue Capacity Management to support overall business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‑paced setting.
Valid driver’s license.
Previous sales or account management experience.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Proven track record of high performance in a remote work environment.
