Genuine Connection Care is seeking passionate and dependable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that empowers participants to live independently, achieve their goals, and remain actively engaged in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support participants with household and domestic tasks
Facilitate community access, social engagement, and recreational activities
Deliver emotional support and build positive relationships with participants
Follow individual support plans and promote participant choice and independence
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and incident reporting when required
Ensure participant safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold the following:
Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or equivalent
Proof of Australian working rights
Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance




NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Manual Handling Certificate
Infection Control Certificate
NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
Relevant industry qualifications and training
