Located in Ravenhall Vic, Tailored Fresh is committed to delivering quality and reliability within the transport industry. We are seeking a dedicated Transport Admin skilled to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Position Details:
Location: Ravenhall, VIC
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Training: Comprehensive training provided

This role is vital to our daily operations and the ongoing success of our newly established business. It presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become a valued member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Entering consignment details into the Transport Management System (TMS)
General data entry and manifesting
Booking Distribution Centre (DC) timeslots
Running reports and extracting data using programs such as Manhattan & Transmate

· Liaising with allocators and drivers
Managing customer inquiries via email and phone
Scanning and organising documents




Ensuring chain of responsibility compliance for all drivers and trucks
Finalising freight deliveries
Manifesting
Customer Liaising

Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in operations or administration within the transport industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of transport operational procedures
Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment
High attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and research skills
Robust organisational and time management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
