What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a Commis Chef or CDP role (1+ years minimum) in a similar sized restaurant
Strong background in high-volume




Solid technical cooking skills and solid product knowledge
Ability to perform consistently under pressure during service
Passion for contemporary Australian cuisine, steak, and seafood
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high standards, cleanliness, and consistency
