About the Role
Step into a Project Engineer role with a direct pathway to Project Management. You’ll lead project engineering activities across major civil infrastructure projects, working closely with a team-oriented, high‑performing team across Greater Brisbane.
Duties
Lead end‑to‑end site engineering to deliver civil projects safely and on time
Coordinate subcontractors, resources, and short‑term programming
Manage design interpretation and resolve technical issues on site
Oversee QA, compliance, and site documentation
Mentor junior engineers and manage client/stakeholder relationships
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Project or Senior Site Engineer in civil construction
Delivered major civil projects – roads, subdivisions, earthworks, drainage
Strong technical capability with QA, safety, and commercial awareness
Degree‑qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Confident communicator with clients, consultants, and site teams
