About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Raffertys Resort, Cams Wharf. This is a site-based leadership role where you'll co-lead a dedicated team of five, ensuring the resort's gardens, grounds, and outdoor facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading by example,
and delivering exceptional results in a high-profile resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
Co-lead and support a team of five maintenance professionals.
Coordinate and undertake horticultural and grounds maintenance activities.
Ensure the presentation and upkeep of gardens, landscaped areas, and outdoor facilities.
Plan and prioritise daily maintenance tasks to meet operational requirements.
Maintain a safe working environment and promote protected work practices.
Carry out general site maintenance duties as required.
Assist with pool maintenance, including water testing and routine upkeep (training can be provided where required).
Liaise professionally with site management and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Trade Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent qualification.
