Naptico Services Pvt Ltd About The Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Lead to oversee daily team operations, drive performance, and ensure quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will lead by example, support team members, and act as a communication bridge between management and the team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide a team toward achieving departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to meet performance targets and KPIs.

Delegate tasks and set clear team goals and expectations.

Monitor team performance and provide timely coaching or feedback.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and issue resolution.

Handle escalations and resolve customer or internal issues efficiently.

Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address concerns.

Assist in training new team members and support their development.

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.





Prepare performance reports and present updates to management.

Foster a positive team culture and a high-performance work setting.

Any other responsibilities as deemed fit by management.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

4–6 years of total work experience with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

Robust team management and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Problem-solving attitude and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a quick-paced environment.

Familiarity with performance tracking tools and CRM/software (if applicable).
