Employment Type: Permanent Full‑Time, 38 hours per week.

Pay: up to $38.10 + Superannuation + Advantages.

Role Summary: As a Goodstart Educator, you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to design and enhance exceptional learning programs for children, ensuring safety and inclusivity for every child.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement child‑centered learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
Support children’s safety, wellbeing and development.
Assist in monitoring and assessing children’s progress.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a respectful and joyful learning workplace.

Qualifications
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Current WA Working with Children Check.
