TSPV/TSPA Cleared | Principal Cyber Security Advisor – Lead Secure-by-Design & Accreditation

Location : Onsite – ACT

Contract Duration : Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options

Security Clearance Requirement : Due to the nature of this workplace, candidates must hold a current TSPV clearance.

Essential Tasks
Provide expert cyber security advice across architecture, engineering,



and project teams to support secure‑by‑design outcomes
Conduct cyber security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments across complex ICT services
Review and update security documentation including SRMPs, SSPs, IRPs, DRPs, and accreditation artefacts
Drive alignment of ICT solutions with the ISM, Essential Eight maturity requirements, and broader security standards

Key Criteria
Demonstrated experience in cyber security or security architecture roles within Australian Government environments
Robust capability in cyber risk assessment, vulnerability assessment, accreditation, and system authorisation activities
Deep understanding of secure architecture principles, networking infrastructure, and cyber security controls
Proven ability to develop or contribute to security policy, standards, guidelines, and security documentation for complex systems
