The Registered Nurse/Midwife – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit role is based at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, part of NSW Health. You will join a high‑acuity NICU managing around 800–1000 admissions per year, including approximately 200 Level 3 neonates, inter‑hospital transfers and antenatal referrals.

Working a 7‑day rotating roster with 8‑hour AM/PM shifts and 10‑hour night shifts, there is potential to transition to 12‑hour shifts after demonstrated competency.
