Internal Sales Executive – Labelling Solution

Sharp & Carter are partnering with a well-established Australian business to recruit an Internal Sales Executive based in Castle Hill. This newly created role focuses on driving recent business growth while managing and developing customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, converting opportunities into sales, and growing a portfolio of accounts across a range of industries. Approximately 70 % of the role is business development and 30 % account management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through outbound calling, email campaigns and prospecting activities
Build and manage a pipeline of small to medium‑size business customers
Follow up inbound enquiries and marketing‑generated leads
Convert prospects into customers and drive ongoing repeat business
Develop strong account relationships and identify growth opportunities
Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity and sales forecasts
Gather market insights and competitor intelligence




Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer outcomes

About You
Experience in outbound sales, business development, internal sales or telesales
Demonstrated ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive customer engagement
Strong communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills
Exposure to SMEs, owner‑operated businesses, start‑ups or manufacturing customers highly regarded
Organised with robust CRM and administrative capabilities
Experience within labels, packaging, print, industrial products or a technical sales environment is advantageous
Self‑motivated with a genuine desire to exceed targets
