We are currently seeking a passionate & proactive Duty Manager to join our team in Coomera. The successful applicant will need to have exceptional management skills and experience in a fast-paced venue.

The Fortitudo Group has a portfolio of seven hotels, along with three attached drive-thru bottle shops and eighteen detached bottle shops. About the role
This is a full-time position, and the role will report directly to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the team culture, customer experience and the compliant operation of the hotel.
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate and deliver:
Proven success in a hospitality management role, with at least 12 months experience
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV Certificates and Approved Managers licence
Previous experience in a suburban pub advantageous
Ability to engage with the community and drive exceptional customer experiences
Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
The ability to implement and adhere to policies and procedures
Reliable and excellent personal presentation
Enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work within it
Your drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience will be the key within this role. All whilst assisting in leading the team to success through a hands-on approach teaching recent skills and expectations to the staff, to help build a solid hospitality team with a focus on delivering exceptional service towards our customers is a MUST.
