What You’ll Do
Assist customers with product questions and pricing, providing clear and friendly service in-store and by phone.
Manage SAP, inwards goods, pricing, inventory, ordering, deliveries and dispatches to keep stock accurate and moving.
Process counter sales accurately, handle payments, and answer customer inquiries.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment.
Support promotional activities, setting up signage and displays to boost product visibility.
Keep the store tidy and welcoming and greet all customers warmly.
Load/unload trucks, unpack deliveries, and prepare orders for dispatch with care.
Occasionally deliver products directly to farms, ensuring timely and skilled service.

What You’ll Bring
Passion for customer service, a positive approach and determination to succeed.
Exposure to or a strong passion in farming and agriculture, and enthusiasm to learn about recent products.
Previous success in a retail sales or customer service role.




Self‑motivated and capable of nurturing solid customer relationships, following through, and getting the job done in a fast‑paced environment.
Interest in learning all aspects of retail operations and sales, and confidence using computer software systems such as SAP.
Current driver’s licence and ideally a forklift ticket (desirable).
