Our client is a global supplier to the oil & gas industry with a best-in-class approach to quality and supported by innovation. They now have an prospect for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team in Toowoomba.
About the role You will be given an autonomy to manage and coordinate all aspects of the supply chain lifecycle for multiple sites. Overseeing procurement, inventory management and stock management, you will also work on a range of activities across planning, demand review and supplier audits. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to:
Work autonomously overseeing all aspects of supply chain management ensuring field operations are maintained at all times;
Ensure ERP (Business Central) systems for warehouse and inventory management and reporting is accurately maintained and up-to-date; and
Identify and action opportunities to reduce supply chain costs, participating and contributing to improvements, ensuring ISO9001 compliance.

About you
As an experienced supply chain qualified, you may also hold formalised qualifications together with experience in a similar role in the heavy industry. Your experience in a similar role will see you well placed to succeed. A ‘can do’ attitude, ability to work autonomously, collaborative style of teamwork and influencing skills will set you up to ensure supply chain management is optimised for field operations. Experience with ERP systems and MS Office is also expected in the role.
