About the Role
Seeking a highly analytical and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations.
This role is focused on data analysis, process improvement, and operational strategy, ensuring efficient coordination across procurement, production, inventory, and distribution functions.
You will play a key role in enhancing operational performance, reducing costs, and improving customer service outcomes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics
Evaluate business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain performance and reduce operational costs
Collect and analyse operational data to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making
Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, inventory turnover, and service levels
Provide recommendations and insights to management on process improvements and operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to improve delivery performance
Support implementation of system and process improvements across the organisation
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
At least 1-year relevant full-time experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational analysis
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems)
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $78,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation (dependent on experience)
