UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a casual Supported Living Facilitator to provide in-home care to clients living in the community, supporting independence and quality of life. You will visit clients, perform daily living tasks, drive between sites with your own vehicle, and follow each Care Plan.

Hours mainly Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with versatile arrangements and a supportive team. NDIS screening, CPR/First Aid, and a current driver’s licence are required.
