We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team across the Mitolo Wines and Mitolo Family Office Group based in Stepney on a permanent basis, either Full time or Part-Time (0.8FTE). Flexible school hours is also available for this role.
Qualifications & experience
Accounts Payable experience 2 years +
Accurate and quick data entry ability with solid attention to detail
Strong organisation and prioritising skills
Valuable proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
Ability to use initiative within the workplace
Willingness to work within a team and independently when required
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
Entering supplier invoices into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner
Reconciliation of supplier statement and general ledger reconciliations of trade payable accounts
Management of weekly supplier payments
Attending to Accounts Payable queries promptly and in a professional manner.
Assist the wider finance team with various duties where required
