The Role

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you'll be responsible for leading competitive tenders, preparing accurate cost estimates and working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors throughout the bid process.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed first-principles estimates and tender submissions - Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation - Manage the full tender process from initial enquiry through to submission - Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing - Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving initiatives - Liaise with clients,
