At Alya, we believe outstanding support starts with great people. We're looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker to provide consistent, person-centred support to an adult participant living with Cerebral Palsy in the Gympie region.

About the role
You'll provide support with a range of daily living activities, including:
Personal care and hygiene
Manual handling and transfers
Meal preparation
Household tasks
Community participation
Supporting daily routines
Day shifts and sleepover shifts
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
Compassionate, reliable and qualified
Confident providing personal care and manual handling
Able to work independently and follow support plans
Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support
Experience supporting people with Cerebral Palsy or complex physical disabilities will be highly regarded.
Essential requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current Australian Driver Licence
Current QLD Working with Children Check
Reliable, insured vehicle
First Aid and CPR certificate (preferred, but not essential)
