Queensland Hydro is seeking an Operational Readiness Engineer to lead the development of our readiness framework for the Borumba PHES project. You will establish people, systems, processes, and competencies to support a smooth transition from delivery into secure, reliable operations.

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Maintenance, you will embed readiness into project decisions, designs, procurement and contract documentation across gated phases and beyond.
