Harvey Norman is an Australian retail icon in the home and lifestyle space and our Moore Park Technology & Entertainment team is looking for someone to join them on the floor.

This is a sales role, but it's really a people role. The best salespeople here aren't pushy – they're curious. They ask the right questions, figure out what someone actually needs for their home, and help them walk out with the right thing rather than just a thing. If you like the idea of knowing your products inside out and being the person customers come back to, you'll do well here.

What we require:
Look after your customers while keeping on top of the day-to-day tasks around them
Solve problems and go the extra step when something isn't straightforward
Handling the occasional customer complaint and ensure the customer leaves happier than when they arrived
Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
