One of our successful Multi-Store Franchisees is seeking a Relief Store Manager to support operations across three Auto Masters workshops in Forrestfield, Willetton and High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive qualified who enjoys leading teams, building customer relationships, and achieving results.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide management support across three workshop locations
Lead and support teams to achieve KPIs and sales targets
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Monitor and report business performance metrics
Promote Auto Masters products and services
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and productive workplace

About You
Experience managing an automotive workshop or service centre
Solid automotive industry knowledge
A proven sales and customer service background
Leadership and team development skills




Strong problem‑solving and communication abilitiesA current WA Driver's Licence
An Automotive Trade Qualification is advantageous but not essential
