HammondCare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support aged care residents in dementia‑specific residential homes across the Hunter region. The role is full‑time and based at Waratah (3 days), Cardiff (1 day) and Scone (1 day) with travel between sites.

You will join a current internal Allied Health Care Team, delivering resident‑centred, evidence‑based care and participating in continuous quality improvement with the broader HammondCare group.
