Sanctuary Cove Chempro Pharmacy is looking for a motivated and organised Retail Manager to join our friendly team.

Located in the heart of the beautiful Sanctuary Cove Village, we are a small, community-focused pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional service and healthcare to our local customers.

About the Role

As our Retail Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, working closely with our pharmacists and retail team. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing retail stock ordering and inventory
Building and maintaining relationships with pharmacy representatives
Assisting with merchandising and promotional displays
Supporting the pharmacist and team with the daily operation of the store
Delivering outstanding customer service
Helping create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff

About You





We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, reliable and organised
Passionate about customer service
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Confident communicating with suppliers and representatives
Keen to learn and grow within the role

Essential:
S2/S3 Certificate
Previous pharmacy or retail pharmacy experience

Management experience is not required – we’re happy to support the right person who is ready to step into the role.
