Responsibilities
Lead a team delivering strategic accommodation and corporate service projects across Victoria.
Guide major projects from planning to delivery while balancing time, cost, scope and quality.
Work closely with senior leaders and mentor project managers and project officers every day.
Bring your strategic thinking, clear communication and problem‑solving skills to projects that make a real difference.
Lead major projects that meet agreed timeframes, budgets, scope and quality requirements.
Manage and support skilled project staff through coaching, mentoring and explicit direction.
Prepare complex reports,



briefings and presentations to support senior decision‑making.
Identify and manage key risks, issues and changes to keep projects on track.
Improve project delivery through effective planning, governance, reporting and quality controls.

Qualifications

A relevant project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 certification or an equivalent qualification, is highly desirable. You should have experience leading strategic projects, project teams and complex delivery activities.
Solid project management experience delivering strategic accommodation or corporate service projects.
Advanced planning skills and the ability to manage risks, issues, budgets and changing priorities.
High‑level communication skills and the ability to influence others to achieve project outcomes.
Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to mentor staff and support positive change.
