Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Service Coordinator to join our operational team and manage two of our major key client portfolios.
About the Role
As a Service Coordinator at OTS, you will be the central pivot between our key clients, internal operations, and field service technicians. You will take full ownership of key client accounts, ensuring seamless daily service delivery, productive maintenance scheduling, and exceptional client satisfaction.
