Sa-Health is seeking an AHP2 Occupational Therapist for the Morier Ward in Adelaide. You will join a multidisciplinary in-patient mental health team to deliver recovery-focused rehabilitation during acute admission, coordinating OT services to improve outcomes for the community.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will assess, plan, and implement interventions, supervise peers, and collaborate across services to ensure seamless care and discharge planning.
