We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Parramatta. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities
Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages.
Communicate effectively with both recent and regular customers.
Promote the Piccolo Me Loyalty program.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work workplace.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Adhere to recipe and presentation standards, including latte art for coffees.
Be punctual and maintain regular and consistent attendance.
Contribute to a positive team setting.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience handling 6–8 kilos of coffee on shift.
Proficiency with POS and cash handling.
Food handling and serving knowledge.
