The Prospect
Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a diverse range of industries
Providing high‑quality business advisory and tax services
Building trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
Identifying tax planning and value‑add advisory opportunities
Working closely with partners on client strategies
Mentoring and developing junior accountants
Supporting the growth and success of the wider team
About You
5+ years’ experience within Australian public practice accounting
Robust Business Services and Tax experience
Experience managing client portfolios
CA/CPA qualified or actively working towards completion
Strong technical accounting capability
Excellent communication skills and commercial mindset
Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
