Raybal Constructions Pty Ltd is a well-established, family-owned construction company delivering industrial, commercial and residential projects across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Builders Labourer/Concreters Labourer to join our full-time team.
About the Role:
You'll support our construction crews across a diverse range of industrial, commercial and residential projects. This hands-on role involves site preparation, material handling, operating power tools, maintaining clean and safe worksites, and assisting trades to deliver quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
General labouring and site clean-up duties.
Transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites.
Cleaning, maintaining,
and storing tools and equipment.
Operating power tools.
Preparing work areas and maintaining clean, secure job sites.
Adhering to all WHS procedures and company policies.
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Essential Requirements
Current White Card.
Current Driver's licence (vehicle provided for site travel).
First Aid Certificate (desirable)
Sound knowledge of building and construction practices.
Proven experience using power tools confidently and safely.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
