As our Creative Traffic & Studio Manager , you’ll be the operational backbone of our design studio. You’ll protect team capacity, streamline workflows, and act as the vital bridge between big creative ideas and flawless, on‑time execution.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic Control: Gatekeep, scope, and strategically assign all incoming creative requests to the right designers.
Workflow & Capacity: Track team bandwidth, manage pipelines, and proactively shift resources to prevent bottlenecks.
Agile Leadership: Run daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement to keep the studio aligned.
Stakeholder Bridge: Serve as the main point of contact between creative teams and cross‑functional partners to negotiate design requirements.
Process Polish:
Maintain our project management tools and continuously improve studio workflows for maximum efficiency.
What You Bring
Must‑Haves
3–5 years of experience managing traffic, projects, or a studio within an agency or in‑house creative team.
Deep understanding of creative workflows across digital, brand, and product design.
Robust resource management skills, with a knack for forecasting work and managing tight deadlines.
An agile, proactive mindset—you pivot easily when project scopes change.
Exceptional communication skills to confidently manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Hands‑on design experience or familiarity with UX/UI principles.
Mastery of up-to-date project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, etc.).
