Responsibilities
Ensure every area of the facility is clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.
Vacuum, mop and polish floors.
Dust, polish and perform general tidying.
Clean bathroom facilities.
Attend to residents’ personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' rooms.
Assist with the provision of a protected, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean setting and adhering to infection control practices.
Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required.
Qualifications
Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable.
Willingness to take direction from others.
Reliability and shift flexibility.
Good time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc).
Pre‑employment checks – National Police Check completed.
