We are currently seeking a Part Time Logistics Coordinator / Shipping Clerk to join our Bibra Lake team. This role is ideal for a detail oriented skilled with logistics, export documentation, and coordination skills who is looking for part time employment.

High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
Track vessel schedules and update internal records
Coordinate logistics for container packing




Process customer orders for container packing
Maintain accurate records in Excel and the internal packing system
Liaise with container transport companies
Prepare documentation for container packing
Track packing orders to ensure on‑time delivery to terminal

Shipping & Export Administration
Book vessels and liaise with shipping lines
Transmit orders to container packing companies
Prepare and process export documentation, including:
Bills of Lading
Health Certificates
Certificates of Origin
Marine Insurance Certificates
Process export documents through online systems
Maintain accurate records using Excel, Talman, and MYOB
