The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Building Designer to become a valued member of our energetic team. What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who brings experience, initiative, and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with our senior designers and consultants,



contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed design documentation for residential and commercial projects
Collaborate with consultants, clients, and internal team members
Support senior designers on various design and documentation tasks
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and processes
Adhere to company procedures and project workflows

Qualifications & Skills
2 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable
Bachelor of Environmental Design
Bachelor of Architecture & Built Environments
Diploma of Building Design
Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable
Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to learn management and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Willing to work with systems and procedures
